Lake Nakuru, ‘Nakuru’ means dusty place in the Masai language. The big catch in this destination is the fascinating army of flamingos gathering in the lake forming a pink layer on the surface. After setting out from your hotel in Nairobi, a drive to Nakuru will take only 2 to 3 hours, following arrival you will embark on a safari inside the park to witness its numerous attractions.
