This Tanzania Exclusive Safari Holiday is quite comprehensive and exhilarating. For starters, Tarangire National Park with its baobab crested landscape is scenically one of the most beautiful parks. Also the African wild dogs are in the park, and seeing that the numbers of these efficient hunters are dropping, spotting them can be a real treat. Regardless of when you travel, a standard game drive gives you a front-row seat to the Serengeti’s incredible biodiversity. A cultural visit to one of the Maasai villages located just outside the park boundaries is also fulfilling. Ngorongoro Crater also is truly awe-inspiring and will surely be one of the highlights of your safari.

Day 1: From Nairobi to Arusha

Get picked from your hotel/residence in Nairobi at 7:30 am and head to the border post of Tanzania for immigration formalities. On the other side of Tanzania you will be met by one of our staff who will give you a full briefing you of your safari. Dinner and overnight at Arusha hotel.

Day 2: To Lake Manyara

Your Tour Guide will pick you from your hotel in Arusha then head to Lake Manyara National Park where you will arrive to have lunch before going on a safari drive inside the park. The lake has plenty of elephants, wildebeests along with so many giraffes, and buffaloes which you will have the chance to see. Dinner and overnight at your camp.

Day 3: Ngorongoro Crater

Following breakfast, drive to Ngorongoro Crater arriving around noon to take lunch. Thereafter you will descend 2000 ft into the crater floor to observe this world's largest intact volcanic caldera and home to the highest density of big game in Africa including black manned lions, rhinos, buffaloes, elephants and other grazers. Dinner and overnight at your camp.

Day 4: Serengeti

Depart Ngorongoro and set off to Serengeti, where you will have lunch on arrival. Enjoy an afternoon game drive after lunch, where there is the highest concentration of large mammals in the world, so you're bound to spot giraffes, elephants, hippos and, of course, lions. Dinner and overnight at your camp.

Day 5: Traversing the Serengeti

Spend this full day tracking animals in this vast game reserve. The Serengeti is renowned for its large lion population and is one of the best places to observe prides in their natural environment, and is home to the world's largest movement of animals, often called the “Great Migration.” The Serengeti plains are flat with dotted acacia trees that makes one able to see as far as he can with no interference. Dinner and overnight in your camp.

Day 6: To Tarangire

Drive to Tarangire after breakfast having lunch en route. The key attraction that has made the Tarangire NP to become internationally popular is its largest elephant population which is actually considered to be the highest in the whole of Tanzania. This park also offers habitat to plenty of wildlife like zebras, kudu, rhino, hartebeest buffalo and other smaller mammals. Dinner and overnight at your camp.

Day 7: Back to Nairobi

In the morning leave your camp after breakfast to do your final safari drive thereafter depart Tarangire for a drive to Arusha. You will have lunch at a hotel in Arusha, then connect a shuttle for a transfer back to Nairobi arriving early evening with good safari memories to share back home with friends and family.
