Tailor-Made Combined Safari, For elephant lovers, Amboseli National Park is a haven for spotting large troops of elephants as they roam about grazing, with a magnificent view of Mt. Kilimanjaro in the background. Tree climbing lions are a major attraction in Lake Manyara among other numerous charms. The landscape in Serengeti is a combination of vast grasslands spotted with Acacia trees where the big 5 among other various wildlife. The Great Migration takes place particularly in this location, heading towards the Maasai Mara. Ngorongoro and Tarangire are one of the greatest natural spectacles whose magical setting and plentiful wildlife never fail to thrill.

Day 1: From Nairobi to Amboseli.

Make a start from your hotel in Nairobi to drive through Namanga, reaching Amboseli in good time to take lunch and relax a bit. Thereafter embark on the first safari drive in the park dominated by the presence of Mount Kilimanjaro, visible in a distance. The park has a rewarding game viewing experience due to the presence of a variety of wildlife roaming the open plains, acacia woodlands and marsh land. In the evening return to your camp for dinner and overnight.

Day 2: Amboseli (Home of the African Elephant).

Utilize this day inside the park, stalking wildlife as they move about in their natural habitats. There is a good chance to spot animals in water banks quenching their thirst from the scorching sun, animals seen include: spotted hyenas, waterbucks, buffalos, baboons, aardwolf, leopards, lions, jackals, among many others. This is also home to troops of elephants often seen vagabonding the open plains in a relaxed manner. It is also an ideal place for spotting birds along swamp areas, acacia woodland and grasslands. There are pelicans, kingfishers, crakes, lilytrotters, rare Madagascar squacco heron can often be seen, egrets and hammerkops. Meals and overnight at your camp.

Day 3: To Lake Manyara

Do a morning game drive in Amboseli then leave for a drive to Lake Manyara, passing through Namanga border post to do immigration formalities. Upon arrival at Lake Manyara camp you will have lunch with some brief rest. Afterwards get going to the national park to do a safari drive which is highly rewarding inside this wildlife haven. This park boasts a splendid road network which contributes to the beauty of the topography visible as you drive around spotting wildlife like buffalo, elephant and even the lesser flamingo. Tree climbing lions dwell here as well, though they can be spotted with a bit of luck. Dinner and overnight at your camp.

Day 4: To Serengeti

Prior to breakfast head to the park for a final tour in Lake Manyara, thereafter head back to the camp to take mid-morning breakfast. Depart to Serengeti where there is a chance of spotting game as you head to the camp for lunch. In the afternoon you will enjoy a tour inside this vast wilderness well-known for hosting the yearly migration of wildebeests. There are numerous attractions to be seen, not to mention the big five. In the evening return to your camp for dinner and overnight.

Day 5: Roaming the Serengeti.

Spend this full day tracking animals in this vast game reserve. The Serengeti is renowned for its large lion population and is one of the best places to observe prides in their natural environment, and is home to the world's largest movement of animals, often called the “Great Migration.” The Serengeti plains are flat with dotted acacia trees that makes one able to see as far as he can with no interference. Dinner and overnight in your camp.

Day 6: To Ngorongoro Crater.

Following breakfast, drive to Ngorongoro Crater arriving for a safari drive around the crater. Thereafter you will descend 2000 ft into the crater floor to observe this world's largest intact volcanic caldera and home to the highest density of big game in Africa including black manned lions, rhinos, buffaloes, elephants and other grazers (lunch will be served in the pack). Dinner and overnight at your camp.

Day 7: Tarangire

Drive to Tarangire after breakfast having lunch en route. The key attraction that has made the Tarangire NP to become internationally popular is its largest elephant population which is actually considered to be the highest in the whole of Tanzania. This park also offers habitat to plenty of wildlife like zebras, kudu, rhino, hartebeest buffalo and other smaller mammals. Dinner and overnight at your camp.

Day 8: Back to Arusha

Savor the last moments in Tarangire park as you will be doing the final morning safari drive after breakfast. The birdlife of the park also offers a great variety, with some 500 species being recorded. At lunch return to the camp to have your meal, and afterward bid Tarangire farewell as you drive back to Arusha with good safari memories to share with friends and family.
